The Department of Science and Technology has recognized the challenges of the country’s limitations in science, technology, and innovation and, as a result, implemented the Science for Change Program in 2016. This book breaks down the program’s four components that promote inclusive innovation, R&D expertise, applications, and collaborations between the government, the academe, and the private sector.
