SCIENCE FOR CHANGE PROGRAM
Program Management Office
The Science for Change Program Management Office (S4C-PMO) ensures the effective and efficient implementation of the NICER, RD Lead, CRADLE and BIST Programs. It performs coordinating and Secretariat functions required in the accomplishment of the program objectives, as well as the promotion of the programs.
The S4C-PMO also coordinates with the DOST Regional Offices who assist in monitoring the implementation of the approved S4CP projects in the Regions.
